Bid comparsion Dump occured

Hi all....

i am try to compare the Bid which comes from different vendor, by clicking the Bid Comparison Button the Time out error occured...

plz throw me some light on this...

Please see SAP Note 846797.

I hope this note should help you .Generally this error occur due to one system parameter.

Hi,,,

i am using SRM 5.0 ... this notes has parameter which is not there in the program...

plz any suggesion.

Please go to SE38 Transaction and run report RSPARAM .

In the end of this report ,you will get this parameter

ztta/diag_area..

This note is valid for SRM 5 ....please seek help from Basis.
