login page HTTP 404 after installing FP 1.4

I have BOE 3.1 server.

I have just installed FP 1.4 with auto redeploy

But now the java Infoview have this error message on the login page

HTTP Status 404 - /PartnerPlatformService/service/app/logon.do

type : Status report

message : /PartnerPlatformService/service/app/logon.do

description : The requested resource (/PartnerPlatformService/service/app/logon.do) is not available.

anyone know how to fix it?

stop tomcat,

delete PartnerPlatformService in tomcat

and start tomcat

it will re-gen the PartnerPlatformService

I have installed BO X3.1 + FP1.4

and BO SAP integration kit 3.1 & FP1.4 of integration kit 3.1.

and now I have the above problems

How to deploy?

what extra parameters need to set?

d:\Program Files\Business Objects\deployment>wdeploy.bat tomcat55 deployall

I have tried the above statement, but it is not working.

as I am new to BO, hope anyone can help

You need to apply SAP Integration Kit Fix Pack 1.4 and make sure PartnerPlatformService.war file is deployed after that.

On instalaltions with SAP Integrated Kit you can't just install normal Fix Packs, you need to follow them with SAP Integration kit ones.

Sounds as if your war files did not get properly deployed.

You can do this manually with the wdeploy script from the command line. You need to set your parameters in the config.tomcat55 file before starting it.
