Menus in logon Language - after upgrade

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our server from 4.6c to ECC6.0. In the Lang_Select phase, we have selected four languages ZH,ZF,KO,TH. After upgrade, we have done language supplementation for the 4 languages with English. Now, when we are trying to login, with the above language(s), menu is shown in logon language instead of English.

Has anyone faced this kind of issue, if yes, can you please let me know the fix for the same.

What did you expect? If you logon with KO then all menus etc. will be in KO....

Hi,

this is the standard way how installed languages are handled in SAP systems.

If you do not want to have the languages imported, you have to choose "deselect" in the upgrade for the according language and do not provide the language DVD.
