i can not find the JCo RFC provider in the j2ee engine

Hi all Expert:

when i maintain the SAP J2EE Connection Parameters for LCRSAPRFC and SAPSLDAPI in SAP J2EE engine, i use this path to find the " JCo RFC provider" in the j2ee visual tools :Cluster --> Server --> Services. but under the "Services" folder , i can not find the "JCo RFC provider", <my version is pi7.1> , anyone can help me , i 'am doing a scenario about abap client proxy.

enter NWA --> Configuration Management --> Infrastructure --> Jco RFC Provider

I think in PI7.1 you have to use NWA tool for this.
