MSS -PCR: Resolution of rule AC50000134 for task TS50000075: no agent found

We have configured the IMG nodes for MSS Personnel change requests (PCR). The change request is getting saved also and a new req. no is getting generated and getting displayed in the Overview section also. The Adobe forms are also getting loaded.

We have done the following settings in the following IMG node:

-> Set Up Workflows for Personnel Change Requests

(1) Agent assignment:

workflow templates for change request:

-> Process Change Request (1) i.e. WS 50000041 -> Process Change Request (R/3) i.e. TS 50000058

-> Approve ECR (General Task) i.e. WS 50000033 -> Process Change Request (Web) i.e. TS 50000075

Then i have selected one of the positions in our OM structure.

(2) Event linkage

here I have just activated the event - WS 50000041. It shows BUS7051 CREATED (and activated).

But we are not getting any notifications i.e. change requests in the inbox of the person (occupying the position selected in agent assignment above). We are getting the following error: "Resolution of rule AC50000134 for task TS50000075: no agent found"

Have we missed out something?

issue resolved
