linking Funds management to WBS

Hi experts,

cn anybody answer me the solution for following scenario.

here the annual budgeting is being done in FM for salary,travel etc.

after that we are creating project and doing budget at project level independently similarly for salary, travel etc.

Now we want to put a check during planning stage, so that the sum of all the salary of all the projects should not exceed the value of salary decided in funds management .

How to address this.

create a wbs for your salary travel etc

txn FMZ1 to allocate funds for that WBS

use Budgeting functionality to control the spend - in tolerance limits make sure that you choose all business transactions
