SSO Problem

Dear All,

We are facing the problem of SSO in our Portal.

We sucessfully updated recently SAPLogonTicketKeypair-cert in our Portal.

To access BW reports through Portal,still Pop up coming for one time asking

User ID & Password of back end system[BW].After giving that ID &Password of BW system, it allows

to access reports through portal.

Can anybody please explain what exact problem I'm facing.

Hi,

check the following:

- BI system is configured to accept SSO tickets from portal?

- The BI system in the portal system landscape is configured for SSO?

- The user ID in the portal and in the BI system are equal?

We followed these steps and it worked.

Hi ,

While creating the system object , select the Logon ticket as :SAP Logon Ticket,

Dont select the UIDPW .

Try to Import the logon ticket one more time and set the profile parameter accordingly .

After that go to system object and there u can check with Test connection , If its getting perfectly ,

your problem will solved.

While uploading the certificates in BW for Portal, Did you defined client as 000?

Have you set the sso parameters accept_logon_ticket parameter in rz10 transaction

If yes please import again the varify .der file and try again.
