Error during printpreview of PO

Hi,

While seeing printpreview of one PO, i am getting an error : "Font family not maintained"...

What should be done to see print preview??

first of all: Can you please run report RSTXDELL via transaction SE38

with a * in field 'Client' and check whether the problem

vanishes after this?

Which font families do you use in your form?

The issue belongs to the component BC-SRV-SSF, not to MM*.

This will be an ABAPer's work. will have to maintain the correct form layouts.

Hi

Check is there any smart style created using this font and used this style in the smartform in the environment from where you transported(dev/qas)

If Yes, then also check if the smart style exists on the present environment(Quality or Production where you are getting the error message).

If not, transport the smart style again.
