SAP PS Scheduling dates of activities

Dear SAP Experts !

Please tell us can we intregrate the SAP inbox calaneder or outlook with the PS activities dates

So that the user can get the mails when the activity is due or constraint must start..

Hi

Standard workflow tasks are available. Check the same in T code OOCU (PS---Dates). Once customized and activated can trigger mail.
