subscription mail for link folder

Hello,

we use portal and kmc version NW04 SP14.

We have set in the service 'subsription event mapping' the link handling for the repository to 'follow link target'.

Then we created in the general folder a link to another folder. If we change something now in the second folder, we don't receive subscription.

What can we still do for receive subsription in this case?

Hi there

I think the subscription only works on the physcial folder, however you can set your subscription service to go 2, 3 or 4 layers deep. Try that first as it might work otherwise you will have to create another service on the new folder.
