2) In MMR / Accounting 2

What is the significance of

Tax Price 1/ Tax Price 2 / Tax Price 3

Commercial Price 1 / Commercial Price 2 / Commercial Price 3

Hi Ashish

By selling price if you mean the PR00 which is the basic price condition type which we maintain in SD Pricing procedure then that option is given in Material master in sales org data 1 in the conditions tab by SAP standard itself

What we maintain in MMR in sales org data 1 in the conditions tab is PR00 that is for key material with release status an alternative to VK11

1. Yes, we can maintain Selling price in Material master in Sales:Sales org1 View. We have "Conditions" Tab upon clicking this we can maintain PR00 value here. It's an alternative provided by SAP.

Instead of mainataining through VK11 we can maintain in Material Master

2. Tax Price 1/ Tax Price 2/ Tax Price 3 - These fields lists prices which are valuated for Tax purpose, based on previous year and prices based through FIFO Valuation or Inventory costing or by an external source. Each field carries the value as mentioned above. The lowest of the price is considered from previous years and considered. Devaluation Indicator plays a vital role in deciding the lowest value based on slow moving or fast moving goods.

3. Similarly the commercial Price is considered, Price unit field is mentioned to know the unit of sales in previous years.

Yes you can maintain the selling price in "Sales: sales org.1" view where there is a field "Conditions". If you maintain here, irrespective of customer, while creating sale order for this material, the price what you have maintained here, will fetch to your sale order.

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have take trial of creating the sales price in MMR.

I have maintain access sequence PR00 as below

No: 10 - Table 5 - Customer / Material

No: 20 - Table 4 - Material

System gives priority to condition record No: 10 - Table 5 - Customer / Material.

If I delete the record, system consider the condition record maintain in MMR (which update the material price same as we do VK11 and maintain)

No, you must maintain the sales price in condition record master data (VK11). Check the pricing condition of your business procedure.

2) In MMR / Accounting 2

What is the significance of

Tax Price 1/ Tax Price 2 / Tax Price 3

Commercial Price 1 / Commercial Price 2 / Commercial Price 3

These values are for cost porpose.
