R/3 integration

Hi SDN Gurus,

I have installed Developer Workplace.I would like to integrate R/3.Iam working on a project wherein i have been assigned to make some enhancements.The applications are WDJ based.Could you please let me know the rest of the procedure after Workplace installation.When does JCos come into place.How can i get BAPIs into NWDS.

Please note that not all WDJ apps are delivered with source code. NWDS is only usful if the WDJ source project is available.
