Hello Gurus

This is the first time i was assigned to prepare the project plan. I think i need to address

1. Project Preparation

2. Business blueprint

3. Realization

4. Final Preparation

5. Training

6. Go-live and Support

Is there any good PDF file or any documentation where in i can read and prepare the plan..I am aware what are the modules going to be implemented in this phase. But i dont know how to start with. I would really appreciate and thankful if anyone provide me the content.

use microsoft project to open.

asap roadmap try this, but as i can remember the zip itself is 100+mb and more on enterprise portal

I just download as you suggested the power-point presentation,

but it look like a generic ASAP methodology for SAP

you can refer the ASAP implementation roadmap and all required inputs and output templates can be found at

this is inside

service.sap.com/ASAP and select ASAP Implementation roadmap complete view (ZIP)

unzip and you will find a HTML file with embedded templates some of which are filled.
