Hello Carlos,
Yes, central user administration stands for CUA. Anyway, regarding LDAP, you can connect your LDAP to the WAS abap system so that the LDAP can obtain the data from the system. But the system won't receive that from LDAP, this means, you cannot administrate your users or authenticate from the LDAP.
You can find detailed documentation at:
http://service.sap.com/security
--security in detail
--secure user access
--identity management
Also you can check the following documentation for CUA:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/b5/737c4177f1030de10000000
a1550b0/frameset.htm
And for LDAP:

a11402f/frameset.htm

Hi Carlos,
a change from dataSourceConfiguration_abap.xml to LDAP datasource falls out of support. See also note
718383 - NetWeaver: Supported UME Data Sources and Change Options
If you like to use LDAP there are 2 possibilities:
1. connect your LDAP to ABAP system via central user management
or
2. Reinstall your portal. During installation you decide whether its an add-in installation or not. If you choose a standalone portal you are allowed to use LDAP for user management. Add-in installations always have ABAP datasource preconfigured.
Sorry,
Anja

Thanks Anja for your post,
Reinstall Portal is not an option, so the only option will be connect LDAP to ABAP system via central user management, do you have any documentation or tutorial for this configuration, i found this document:
Another question, central user management is the same CUA, like this post?
