Commitment in stock purchase orders

does anybody know if it is possible to manage commitment for stock purchase orders, I mean purchase orders relevant for inventory?????

Hi,

if u want to use ccommitment item in your po then u have to activate fund management in your company code.

Hi,

In FI module additionally you have to configure the Funds Management there we are classifying what are all the material is stock item(here we are allocating some funds to stock items), so if you raised the PO for that material system automatically picks the Commitment.

So please discuss with FI Consultant he knows.
