URL link to open Service Desk message

Good morning.

I'm facing a problem with the e-mail link to message, when i click in the link the browser starts to download a SAP GUI shortcut to the support message.

Any solution for this issue?

Have you already tried this:

Field &orderadm_h-guid& contains the <GUID>:

[http://<server:port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_incident_trans?sap-wd-configId=AGS_INCIDENT_TRANS&GUID=&orderadm_h-guid& |http://<server:port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ags_incident_trans?sap-wd-configId=AGS_INCIDENT_TRANS&GUID=&orderadm_h-guid& ]

The services are all active.

The problem is simple, when i click in the message link - via Web - the browser starts to download a SAP GUI shortcut to the message instead of open the message in browser directly.

The link to the message is ok..

Hi Sergio,

I am not clear about your issue. Can you elaborate little bit more.

If you want to create Service Desk Message using web browser, then you need to activate WEBDYNPRO services.

SICF->/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswissuecreate

SICF->/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswpnotifcreate

SICF->/default_host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/dswp_create_msg

SICF->default_host->sap->bc->webdynpro->sap->ags_work_incident_create_app
