SC missing in SOCO

Hi

We have a couple of SC that are approved. When looking in Monitor SC we can see that the status is Approved. However we are unable to find the SC in SOCO. When looking at other SC we can see that the status is "In purchasers work list". How come these SC doesnt have that status? Is it stuck in WF but still displaying "Approved"?

Hi,

In bbp_pd when you are looking at the shopping cart, click on the item. Here scroll down the page a little and you should see source_rel_ind flag:

These are the possible indicators and what they mean:

space/blank:Item IS NOT sourcing-relevant, will not appear in the SoCo

X Item IS sourcing-relevant (appears in SoCo)

Y Sourcing is completed

C Clearing u2013 should not appear in the data based, used only during the runtime

A, D Grouping / Grouping u2013 bid

N, M Request for Quotation from SC / SoCo

T Temporary not changeable, because item has a follow-on document. See

Note 979476 / Report BBP_CHECK_SOURCING_FLAG

What is the source_rel_ind for your missing shopping carts?

Thank you Lisa!

The indicator is blank. That is strange. Its configured so that all product cat. should be relevant for sourcing.

Is it possible to re-process the SC so that a purchase can process it?

Hi,

Hope that your configuration are fine for sourcing.

In BBP_PD Check the sourcing flag's value SOURCE_REL_IND. If it was empty

execute the funcation module in SE37 BBP_PDIGP_DB_DIRECT_UPDATE

give the input IV_ITEM_GUID_SOURCING = SC item GUI ID ( take from bbp_pd )

IV_SOURCE_REL_IND = X

Execute.function module.. and check in bbp_pd sourcing flag's value SOURCE_REL_IND = X.

Now the purchaser can process the SC.

I receive an error message when executing the fm. Buffer table not up to date.

I have entered

IV_ITEM_GUID_SOURCING = SC item GUI ID

IV_SOURCE_REL_IND = X

Hi,

1. Check the IMG settings:

Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Sourcing -> Define Sourcing for Product Categories.

See if the sourcing has been activated.

2. Check the sourcing flag's value SOURCE_REL_IND.

3. Check for any error messages on RZ20.

Hi

Sourcing is activated for all prod cat.

No error messages in RZ20.

Status in bbp_pd:

I1015 Awating approval Inactive=x

I1021 Created

I1038 Complete

I1106 SC ordered

I1129 Approved

I can see that the SC is allocated to a purchasing group, but when searching for it in SOCO01 it does not appear. Is is not shown in work ist either.

Please check the status of those SC's in BBP_PD and RZ20.Did u get any messages here?
