Proof of delivery- Invoicing

Hi Folks !!

I got one more question w.r.t POD:

We all know Invoicing is done based on the POD qty. That means invoicing is poosible only the POD confirmation is done.

My question is :

Is it possible to do the Proforma Invoice after doing the PGI and before the POD confirmation.

To my knowledge , commercial invocies can be done only after the POD confirmation but then what about the Proforma Invoice.

There is once customer who wants to create Proforma before POD confirmation. Is it Possible.

Hi,

In the standard system there is even a F5 proforma invoice based on the order, so why not.

It is only "pro-forma" so no big deal.

Did you try yourself creating F8 proforma with relevance to a delivery before confirming POD for the delivery?

If it works you will have answered to your own question
