Hi
Iam currently working on external service desk scenario ( Solman to Solman)
Where a support message gets created in one system,gets transfered to another system & gets processed there, I have checked help.sap.com & SPRO settings also. Does any one have any document or link that provides the configuration steps in this scenario.Please suggest.
