Sender Agrrement problem

Hi guys,

I am facing very strange problem , I have created sender agreement in ID but i am not able to see it in SXI_CACHE . I have done the DELTA and FULL cache refresh

but nothing happened.

Any idea how to remove this problem.

My sender agreement is not visible in SXI_CACHE.

Hi,

Just try again by activating sender agreement again and refreshing cache again.

Hi Kavita ,

Sender agreemnet is activated and there is no error in cache refresh , but still sender agreement is not reflected in SXI_CACHE. Also there are no errors in CACHE Notificatios in Configuration.

Is the sender Agreement visible under the objects tab in your ID ?

if so try reassigning the the sender agreement to your scenario . Activate the same and then check whether it is reflected in SXI_CACHE .

My sender agreement is visible in the objects tab , have have also tried creating new sender agreement but it didnt work.

It is not visible in SXI_CACHE our XI server as well. But that does not affect the functionality and it is working fine.

Hi,

Go to change lists and activate your sender agreement there.If objects are activated in the change lists of IR and ID the sxi_cache entries updated automatically
