URL and PORT for SOAP SENDER request

Hi

according to SAP doc the URL to SOAP SENDER request is:

http://IP:PORT/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:SERVICE:SOAPCOMMCHANNEL

Where do I find the IP and the PORT to use?

Hi,

HOST and PORT can be found out in SLD.

Go to SLD, select Business System, select the XI (Integration Server) and check the Integration Tab, Pipeline URL.

Finding port:

Go to SMICM transaction in your XI system

Chose from menu: Goto-> HTTPS Server->Display data

YOu can find the HTTP port number there.

Chose from menu Goto->Host name Buffer->Display

YOu can find the Host name or IP of the XI system

Hi,

The IP is of your XI System.

PORT number depends on the instance number. Usually it is 00 for default instance (then port no will be 8000). click on propose URL and you will get it.

Also you can go to SMICM transaction in your XI system and choose Goto-> HTTPS Server->Display data to get the port no.

You can use XI host name too....

PORT number depends on the instance number.

For default instance 00, the port will be 8000.

if instance number is 17, then the port will be 8017............
