Pricing Not determined

Former Member

Hai all,

While creating the service Contract, I am getting the error "Pricing procedure could not be determined".

I have already maintained the procedure for the corresponding sales org, Distribution channel and division document pricing procedure and customer pricing procedure in Determine pricing procedure,

But still I am getting the error regarding "No pricing procedure could be determined for the parameters sale organization , distribution channel/division , customer pricing procedure and document pricing procedure V."

Could anyone help me to solve this.

Thanks,

Jenibalet S

Hi,

Your item category is non relevant for pricing please change it to relevant

also maintain the following

"system will copy the item to header totals"

Pricing indicator - X active

Hope this resolves the issue

Thanks for your reply.

Could you please specify the transaction where we have to maintained these values. In SPRO-> Define Item categories There is no such field (For relevant for pricing).

Note: Pricing Indicator is Active the service contract ( CRMD_ORDER)

and Statistical values field is disabled and it contains "No cumulation values that can be used statically".

Thanks,

Hi Jenibalet

Kindly go to the required link thru the following navigation:

SPRO> CRM> Basic functions> Pricing> Pricing in the business transaction--> Activate pricing for item categories.... ( however it is also avlbl in 'Define Item categories')

Asyou said there are no such fields, please note that you will find these fields at the third level:

Definition of item categories

Assignment...

Customizing item

you can find the mentioned fields there:

pricing relevant - checkbox

statis value: drop down (system will copy item to header totals)...

hope this helps...

Hi,

Can you please confirm whether the "division" is blank in your case. If this is indeed the case then the note 558471 will be relevant for your case and this should solve the problem.

I got the following error where the Business partner is taken as the sales organization..

Diagnosis

The attempt to read the pricing data for the current, valid business partner from the customer master was unsuccessful.

The access was carried out with sales organization '100021', distribution channel '' and division ''

Could you please help to resolve this..
