Message during CIF

Hi,

When i am activating CIF by using CFM2 everytime system gives below

System: CA0CLNT200 User: SNANDURI 01/02/2009 02:36:45

Function: /SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND

Text: Product 100-300 was created in a different business

can i know what shall be reason for this message

Hi Sreenivasu,

Please check your full error message in application log whether the error is "Product 100-300 was created in a different business system group".

If it is so, please check whether the business system group is maintained or assigned to the logical system under the below link

Hello,

A product with the same name cannot be created from two different systems. Try to suffix the product with the name of the logical system.

For example

PROD@ABCCLNT100

PROD@XYZCLNT100

When a faulty queue entry occurs, it will not go even if you cancel the activation of integration model.

Therefore after correcting the problem, you need to delete the faulty queue entry in SMQ1 in R/3 system. After deleting the entry, activate the model through CFM2. Then you should not get the problem if you have corrected the problem.
