Hi,
I checked the forum for the issue which I am about to describe here. I found a lot of threads but I think my issue is somehow different from those.
I am working on Surveys. I integrated workflow with the surveys and in the first client, the application works fine. But, in client 2, when I click on the workitem, it is showing the error: URL http://xxx.yyy.com:8000/SAP/BC/WEBFLOWWSHANDLER call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available.
Note
The termination occurred in system xxx with error code 404 and for the reason Not found.
The selected virtual host was 0 .
What can I do?

I checked all the Workflow configurations, and it seems fine. But regarding BSP, I am not sure as I am not that good in BSP. And when I checked the forum, majority of them talks about BSP or SICF. If it has got something with SICF, will it be the work of basis team? Or is it issue with some other settings?
Please help me in this regard.
Regards,
Jubish
SICF related work is generally BASIS work.
i can see something wrong with the url
http://xxx.yyy.com:8000/SAP/BC/WEBFLOWWSHANDLER
it should have been
http://xxx.yyy.com:8000/SAP/BC/WEBFLOW/WSHANDLER
(note the / between WEBFLOW and WSHANDLER)
i dont know workflow, cannot comment on WF config.

Raja

are you using the standard workflow task or custom one?
Also goto SICF & mention 'WSHANDLER' in service name as selection criteria and execute. Make sure the service is active..

Hi,
Thank you for the answer. The node WSHANDLER is present in SICF and that node is active.
But, what could be the reason that the slash between WEBFLOW and WSHANDLER is missed out? How to correct this issue?
When I put the slash to the URL manually, it is showing an error :
Error in Web service execution
E:SWF_HTTP:050 TS9nnnnnnn .
As asked, the Task is a custom Task and it is active in both the clients.

Jubish

Hi Guys,
we spent a lot of time to find out what is the reason of the message
E:SWF_HTTP:050 TS9xxxxxxx
is.
In our case it had to do with the locical system used in the URL. Check in SM59 if the connection is open and the RFC user/pw is valid. You can choose another log.system in the same URL for testing and see which connection would work.
Also check the entry in table SWLWPTSSID where the logical system information should come for the used task. (This settins are not transported).
