Role Analysis in RAR informer tab - reg

Hi

We are facing the following issues

A) In the RAR 5.3, Informer tab > Management view > Role analysis > SOD section - against field

Month /Year , No values are determined in the drop down

B) Further, No data is displayed after selecting button 'Go' in the SOD section ( 0's are displayed)

Hello Ram,

Have you run all the background jobs (User/Role sync, analysis and Management Report)?

Management report will not show any data until analysis job has been run properly.

Refer SAP Note : 1178459 which states this.

Ram,

As Harleen mentioned, there won't be any data in those places if you have not run all of those background jobs.

Running user/role/profile sync job populates RAR/CC tables with all the users/roles/profiles from SAP backend system. Once you have run above job, you can run risk analysis job which will produce results for your concern no. 2). Once risk analysis job has finished, you can run management report job which will produce results for concern no. 1).

As mentioned by you, the issue is due to the problem in running the background jobs.

For this, I have followed the steps mentioned by Harleen in the below mentioned thread, after which the jobs are completed and i could able to get the data in the informer tab ( Risk/ Role/ User Analysis)
