Hi! I understand that I cannot delete reason codes when they are in use. I would like to get clarification of what 'in use' means. Does it mean being used in the transaction/orders created in CRM or being assigned to a transaction type in configuration?
Appreciate any advice on the above.
Cheers!

Hi,
The term "they are in use" means the existing reason code are already used in old transaction(orders) if u delete then it will becomes blank, hence it is not advisable to delete the reason codes which is in use.

Hi,
If you go to the table QPCD, there is an inactive field on code level, why is this not default customizable? At group level code, this is the case (1 prepare, 2release, 3 no longer use, delete 4)
When you manually adjust, the default view to ensure that this inactive field is no longer displayed. This is not maintainable ... there is a risk to the V_QPCD_KAT view to ensure that this is customizable, so that you can adapt this on code level, so the codes do not have to remove every time the business change this codes.
Kind Regards, Walter
