Hi All,
As part of an audit requirement, I have to check the number of times an user has logged into the system
either a: since the user was created (preferred)
b: in the last year or a specific period.
I know the last login date can be checked via USR02. However, I need information on the number of times the user has logged in too.
Do you know if there is any transactions / reports / tables that gives me that a counter on the number of times the user logged in?
Thanks.

Dineish

Hi,
One of such a way is to verify the security logs in SM20. please note that auditing should be enabled before hand IN SM19 to see the report in SM20.

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt response. Unfortunately, security logs have not been turned on in SM19.. SM20 is currently giving me no logs.
Is there any other suggestions?
Thanks.

Hi,
If no auditing was setup with SM19.
I think you are only left with the data from ST03.
Usually, you will only get data
For the last month for a day by day precision
For 8 weeks for a week by week precision
For 3 months for a month by month precision.
I don't think, that you will be able to get all the data you need.
