REACH : Creation of REAL_SUB_E & Linking with REAL_SUB

Dear Experts,

I have two queries regarding REACH 1.1 solution, Please help me understand this,

1) How specification type u201CREAL_SUB_Eu201D will be created automatically in Compliance for Product (CFP) for REACH solution? Here Real_Sub_E represents the Real Sub External.

2) How will it be link with Real_Sub?

Hi Nitin,

it depends on your configuration.

The external specification type represents supplier specification.

Usually the "external" specification types are created during BOMBOS transfer.

You have a stock material in your BOM and either a purchasing info record or an AMPL with possible suppliers for that part. Both will be transferred into EH&S Spec DB.

The connection between a (in your case) a REAL_SUB and a REAL_SUB_E is a composition in the EH&S spec DB (REAL_SUB_E is a component in the composition of REAL_SUB).
