doubt in layout design

hi experts ,

i am designing a layout in SFP , For that i designed a template in master page . but it coming in next page also when the data flows to next page . my requirement is to display the template only in the first page . how to restrict the template only to first page . please guid me .

Hello!

You have to design additional master page for all other pages except of the first.

And for the first master page do the following:

In the Hierarchy select your master page for first page (e.g. Page1 as it is by default).

In the Object palette select Master Page tab.

Activate Restrict Page Occurrence flag.

Set Max count to 1.

And check that the master page for subsequent pages is bellow master page for first page in Hierarchy tab of the form.
