Entry tool check box in Network profile

Can anyone help me, what is the use of entry tool check box in Network profile?

Dear Abijit,

If the entry tool is on,

The system automatically branches to the activity detail screen after you create an activity in the network.

The system automatically displays the detail screens relevant to the activity/operation in the standard network or in the production order.

Try your self,

Activate Entry Tool & save,

Go in to cj20n transction,

Add one internal activity in network,

You will find one pop up window gets opened for filling the activity details.

When u use entry tool function....system will automatically open the activity detail screen whenever u create an activity under activity overview screen of WBS or network header.
