Hello Friends,

I recieved a request for printer setup with the below details.

O/P Device name uadu001 and uadu001a both pointing to the same printer.

Trays :

- Tray 2, 4 and 5 will contain A4 paper.

- Tray 3 will contain A3 paper.

Printer server : DELUADUTCGT01 (10.187.13.173)

Print queue : DELUADUTC30877

Printer Model : HP Color Laserjet CM 6040 MFP

Printer driver installed on the server : HP Color Laserjet CM 6040 MFP PCL6

Can you please check that on printer : uadu001

- Tray 2 - A4 - Checked

- Tray 3 - A3 - Unchecked

- Tray 4 - A4 - Unchecked

- Tray 5 - A4 - Unchecked

Can you please check that for uadu001

- Tray 2 - A4 - Unchecked

- Tray 3 - A3 - Unchecked

- Tray 4 - A4 - Checked

- Tray 5 - A4 - Checked

Based on the requirements i have defined this O/p devices pointing to same printer. We are using ACCESS METHOD "C", But when the user tries to print he recieves an message as *Processing* in sp01( spool request) and if i try to check the O/p request i gives an error saying

WAITING IN HOST SPOOLER (x) where x is a numeric and it gets incremented every time we test to print.

Please advice on what needs to be checked here to fix the issue.
