Upgrade Stratergy Question

Currently, I have Crystal Enterprise Server v10.0 and would like to upgrade to the latest version v2008. From what I understand, since I haven't kept up with the updates/patches/etc..., it might be impossible to do.

Is there a way that I can export the existing objects from this version and move them to the currentl version?

I also have Crystal Developer v10.0 which is what I have been using for a long time now.

Would I have to re-write all the reports/queries (Everything) with the latest version and deploy to the newer enterprise v2008 version?

Any help would be appriciated.
