Hi Experts,

We are running SAP NW PI 7.0 on SP18 level, and we are facing an issue related to available adapters. When we are trying to check the available adapters from RWB-Adapter monitoring nothing is visible. We have imported the SAP_BASIS 7.0 XI SWC imported successfully. All the PI AF services are started and the technical, business systems were manitained properly in SLD.Cache connectivity is also working fine.

Please suggest me,how to get those adapters back in to the RWB monitoring.

Thanks&Regards,

Sanam Apparao.

Hi,

Check the [Troubleshooting Guide |https://websmp109.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000659947&_OBJECT=011000358700005909032005E]

Go to page 130...same problem described and solved there.

Regards,

Abhishek.

Hi Appa,

Please refer to Michal's FAQ blog on XI in wiki section

I have pasted a portion from the same blog below

3. I can't see my adapters in the adater monitoring after the import of a new SP

a) try reimporting "SAP Basis software component"

b) take a look at the XI installation guide on how to do it: "Importing the XI Content for Software Component Version SAP Basis 6.40"

Hope this helps.

Check the required channels in RWB -> Component monitoring -> Communication channel monitoring.
