Locked document

Hello,

I've tried everything I know to unlock a document in the portal; all the usual things such as sysadmin-monitoring-portal-object unlocking etc, and somethings I've picked up on other threads but nothing works. I tried deleting the user who locked the document (she can't unlock it herself for some reason) in the hope this would work but with no success. Has anybody any ideas please how to unlock a document other than by the usual ways ?

You are telling it is a document . It means it is in KM content.

Only pcd objects can unlock using system admin->monitoring->portal ->object lock.

You cannot unlock KM documents using object lock.

Go to the document path in Content administration -> KM Content

unlock the document by using the options Selection ->unlock

Hi

You can unlock a document in two ways.

1.Go to document which you want to unlock select the context menu in front of it and select details. A new window opens up. Go to acitons and then select unlock.

2.Go to Content Admin->KM content->In detialed Navigtion on the left side select toolbox->Reports.

Here you will find Resource locking where you can find all the locked resources and unlock it.
