NO MTEs currently available

Hi!

I would like to monitor a SAP system (ABAP + Java Stack) centrally from SAP Solution Manager 7.0.

The SAP CCMSR agent and CCMS Ping have been successfully installed on satelite system.

In tcode RZ20 on SAP Solution Manager I created a monitor collection "My systems" and create under this all my systems "BC1", "BV1" with the following settings:

CCMS_DEFINE_R3_SYSTEMS: R3-System: "BC1"

CCMS_GET_MTE_BY_CLASS: (e.g. MTE_CLASS: Operating System)

My problem is that some of systems show the MTE data.

For other systems no MTE data can be shown I get the warning:

NO MTEs currently available

Question:

What are the troubleshooting steps in order to see MTE data of satelite system on SAP Solution Manager?
