NO MTEs currently available

Hi!

I would like to monitor a SAP system (ABAP + Java Stack) centrally from SAP Solution Manager 7.0.

The SAP CCMSR agent and CCMS Ping have been successfully installed on satelite system.

In tcode RZ20 on SAP Solution Manager I created a monitor collection "My systems" and create under this all my systems "BC1", "BV1" with the following settings:

CCMS_DEFINE_R3_SYSTEMS: R3-System: "BC1"

CCMS_GET_MTE_BY_CLASS: (e.g. MTE_CLASS: Operating System)

My problem is that some of systems show the MTE data.

For other systems no MTE data can be shown I get the warning:

NO MTEs currently available

Question:

What are the troubleshooting steps in order to see MTE data of satelite system on SAP Solution Manager?

Hi

you can do troubleshouting via RZ21, try to see if remote monitoring entry is made for the effected remote system and also monitoring segment/context is there or not for that remote system in Solution Manager. you should also check whether ccms agents are sending the data to Solman or not, try to investigate the log files in the ccmsagents for the remote systems

All this can be done in RZ21->topologies
