Hello,

There is a download page solely for SAP customers:

http://www.sun.com/software/javaforbusiness/sap_download.jsp

See notes

709140 Recommended JDK and VM Settings for the WebAS630/640/7.0

Note 716604 for the Sun JDK (Windows, Linux, Solaris)

Note: an initial SLD import can take quite some time (some hours depending on your database speed). Also check that the database is not full.

As of now DB2 on Windows 2008 is (as mentioned) not supported.

Have You checked the service.sap.com/pam

Window 2008 is not supported officialy, so cant get any support from SAP. For this problem may be you can check the swap space is available or not, becuase on 64 bit hardware with 8GB Ram and 20GB swap space i have also saw this problem and resolved by increasing the swap space
