Is there any possibility to change the usage type for the same rental objec

Hi Experts,

Intially the object was alloted for Residential usage, now the client wantu2019s to give the same object to Office purpose.How we can chage the usage type pl respond me ASAP.

Hi,

if you are using RE Classic program version then it is possible to change the usage type of a rental object but be careful because it is not time-dependant and there are settings in the rental objects that depend on the usage type.

In RE-FX program version it is not possible to change the usage type because there are too many settings in customzing that depend on it.
