Translation in Smartform

Hi All,

I have put 3 different laguage texts in a smartform using corresponding logon language.

Now if I transport the request will all the changes for all the langauges be transported into the next environment or only the last change will be transported?

Please help me.

be aware that translations of smartforms are done with TA se63 and not with loggin on in different languages.

to be honest in your case i´m not really sure what will happen.

If you had done it with se63, i could approve your hope that this transport inherits objects WITH translations.

I guess the problem will not occur as Smartforms are not language dependent..

Hopefully once transported it should work fine.

Hi Ajith,

As far as transport requests concerns, it transports the MODIFIED object with all the things. It doesnot transport only changes. It transports it as the whole object.

So, in your case the texts maintained in all the langueage would be transported in the same transport request.
