slfn associated with stwb_2 - can we change this assignment?

Hello Gurus,

As we all know, we can create service desk messages(slfn) from tester's workbench.

I would like to know where this binding exists/configured between tester's workbench and slfn transaction. Can we modify this binding to some custom transation? If so, where can we make this?

Pls guide. Your answers will be greatly appreciated.

you can change this to Z transaction in the transaction : dno_cust04
