Hello Guys,
I have a problem on maintenance optimizer .
Once I chose the system from the list and go to CONTINUE it gives me TWO warnings and do not let me go over that .
The warnings said :
Status was reset by system
Message Number: SOCM_ACTION_LOG097
Diagnosis
The required status value is not possible because of the data situation in SAP Change Manager.
System Response
The current user status has been reset by the system.
Procedure
The cause is displayed as a warning in the application log.
Procedure for System Administration
Analyze the situation in SAP Change Manager and rectify it.
and
There is already a transaction for the systems of this product version
Message Number: CHM1_ACTION_LOG100
No Long Text
Someone of you experienced the same error?
I ahve already deleted ALL the old maintenance transaction from CRM_DNO_MONITOR but without success.
wait for your help.
Bruno
do you have any tasks that have not yet been released? (in SE09) and also do you see a green light in your task plan for your transport of copies?

Hey Bruno
try to consider this Note 1165890
SAP note 1296589 Maintenance Optimizer - cannot continue to step.
Alternatively, you may also deactivate the checks following the steps
below then you would be able to continue with the transactions
in spite of the message "There is already a transaction.....".

also change the condition 'SYSTEM_ASSIGNMENT' for the

to 'Warning'.
