Hello Manjini
You can use export facility, either by direct exp command or by BRTOOLS
http://www-it.desy.de/systems/services/databases/oracle/impexp/impexp.html.en
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/7c/209667b05b844399f6402a0213ef95/content.htm
thanks

Hello
first you have to create a .dmp and a .log file in /usr/sap/trans and have to run exp command by logging as orasid, while giving exp command it requires sapr3 or sapsr3 user and password, for eg, to take export of some rfc tables
r4lpar14:oraqr1 18> exp sapsr3/password tables=RFCATTRIB,RFCCHECK,RFCCMC,RFCDES,RFCSYSACL,RFCTRUST,RZLLICLASS,RZLLITAB,RFCDESSECU file=/usr/sap/trans/bkp_QR1_new.dmp log=/usr/sap/trans/bkp_QR1_new.log rows=yes
thanks
