How to set up the EWA ?

How to find for which system alerts are processed?

Please let me know how to use EWA process step by step.

Configure system in Solution for EWAs

Step 1 Goto TA solution_manager.

Step 2 Goto Operations Setup

Step 3 Goto Solution Landscape maintenance

Step 4 Goto tab u201CSolution Settingsu201D

Step 5 Press button u201CSetup EWAu201D -

Hello

I am not able find this in Douc

Configure Service Data Control Center (SDCCN)

The initial configuration of the SDCCN has to be done via the spro.

Step 1 Goto TA spro

Step 2 Goto Sap Solution Manager ∆ Basic Settings ∆ Sap Solution Manager System ∆ Operations ∆ Setup Service Data Control Center

there you have to open the tree for EWA, Service level and solutoin reporting, there you will get .sim files

Hello

may be this helps:

after you define your new system in Solution Manager, (tx smsy)

you have to activate SDCCN for your target system

this is done in smsy->menu goto->solution manager operations->administration SDCCN

there, add your system and activate it.

then select your system (double click it) an create a new task refresh sessions

selecting solution manager as your target RFC system.

After you have define your soultion landscape you can go to solution overview

->solution monitoring->EWA

and there create a new EWA for your system
