F4 Help in CJ20N

Dear All,

In CJ20N, in 'Display Subproject XXX', we have 'User Fields' tab.

In the 'General Fields' section, I need to add an F4 help which will fetch values from a z table. The user should select a value and be able to save .

I have looked up exits like CNEX0001, but I am not getting as how to add the F4 help in a field of 'General Fields'.

Suggestions are most welcome.
