Short dump in /sapapo/sdp94 Transaction

Hi,

While executing the /sapapo/sdp94 transaction in APO I am getting a short dump ( Exception condition "CNTL_ERROR" raised.)

This could be a GUI issue and there could be some .ocx files and dll files missing.

Is there a sapnote or a solution to the issue as I have reinstalled SAPGUI 7.10 and the problem still occurs.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

Hi Aweek,

Just uninstall and install the SAP GUI.

While reinstalling, ensure you install the GUI with APO & BW addons selected.

We recently experienced this issue. I resolved it using this thread and SAP Note 889989 as a guide.

You have two options:

1. Reinstall SAP GUI selecting SCM/APO and BW options.

2. Copy following .ocx and dll files to SAP GUI directory: apodpgrid.ocx, apogrid.ocx and ApoGridScripting.dll and then register them on command prompt using the command: regsvr32 <path & filename of dll or ocx>

Hi,

I have applied the SAP Note 889989. However I still get the short dump in /sapapo/sdp94.

The problem:

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_GUI_RESOURCES==============CP" -

in "GET_FONT_INFOS".

The main program was "/SAPAPO/SAPMMSDP ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 40

of the (Include) program "CL_GUI_RESOURCES==============CM00B".

Any inputs will be appreciated.

These notes may not be applicable. The note I am looking for is installing .ocx and .dll files in the laptop which takes care of the short dump in planning book. One of the file is ApoGrid.ocx. Has anyone come across these files detailed in a SAP Note.
