Insufficient authorization to create namespace under SCV

Hi Experts,

I am unable to create namespaces under a specific SCV though my assigned 'User Role' has included my SCV and exclude rest of the SCVs.

We have followed all the steps mentioned in the link below.

Please explain what should I do to create the namespace under the SCV?

Note: I am able to create other objects for any existing namespace.

Hi,

User has to be assigned these roles:

Try these roles

SAP_XI_IR_SERV_USER

SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR_J2EE

SAP_XI_DEVELOPER_J2EE

I have understood that it requires additional previlage to create namespaces.

But can you mention what exactly is the role to be added along the SAP_XI_DEVELOPER composite role to create namespace.

I guess you mean to say to check the user roles - object attributes.

These are the settings which I see

Selection path:

Operator: Include

SCV: <my SCV>

Namespace: *

Objects:

Operator: Include

Type: *

Action: Full Edit

Please clarify where should I change.

Hi,

Please check whether the Object Attributes which are specified below the namespaces are checked.There are two Objects are Original Obejects and Objects are modifiable.Please check these attributes and try creating namespaces again.
