Report for logged changes in infotype data

Hi

Can anybdy suggest me the steps for configuring logged changes in inotype data.

My client wants a report to view the changes in any infotype record, specially in 0008 and absences.

S_AHR_61016380

HR Documents: Infotypes with Documents (V_T585A), HR Documents: Field Group Definition (V_T585B), and HR Documents: Field Group Characteristics (V_T585C).

and also check RPUDAD00 report thru SE38 double click u will get feild related info also

Try this SE38 - RPUAUD00

and Tcode: S_AHR_61016360

Hi

I already config these table but it is not refelecting

In table V_T585A

maintain Transaction Class is A and maintained IT

in table V_T585B

Maintained field group 01

Field Name is * (for all)

In tabel V_T585C

Maintained Doc Field Gr. 01

Doc Type is S

SupFldGr. is blank

After this run report RPUAUD00

and TC S_AHR_61016360

But nothing to display.

Please Help me.

once try HTWLINF0

make sure in the other report RUAUD00 u have set the option correctly

Report HTWLINF0 is for viewing all infotype of a person, not to view the changes log for bulk emoloyees.

Make some changes to the record and then run the report.. previous changes will not get reflected..

maintain

A 0002 Personal Data

table V_T585B

0001 Organizational Assignment 01 ABKRS

0001 Organizational Assignment 01 WERKS

0002 Personal Data 02 GBDAT

table V_T585C

A 0001 Organizational Assignment 01 S 00

A 0002 Personal Data 02 S 00

now run this report RPUAUD00 with and without making changes and check the changes to IT0001 and IT0002
