Is there a Folder iView in SAP Integration Kit?

We are using BOE XI 3.0 with SAP Integration Kit. We have been successfully created iView in the SAP Enterprise Portal to run different types of BO report (Crystal, webi, xcelsius, etc).

However, we were not able to use any of the delivered iViews to use a folder ID to point to a folder on the BOE server. According to the Integration Kit User Guide, there are three types of iView: Alert, Folder, and Thumbnail. The Folder iView, according to the documentation, is an iView displays a folder tree for the user. All folders are shown, including the reports which are stored in these folders. The user can view any report by selecting the specific report.

We do have three iViews in our Integration Kit: Alert, iView, and Thumbnail. We were able to use the iView to point to any reports, but we could not use this to point to a folder. Does anyone have this problem?

Hi Gary,

the default behavior of the KM part is that when clicking on an object that you open the object which in a Crystal Reports case means to open the actual RPT file.

Each object should have a little black triangle on the bottom right corner - click on that and you should receive a context menu which includes the VIEW option.
