Data View Authorization

Some reason I am not able to modify data view. Even though i got all the authorization for C_APO_PB object. If, I go to the keyfigure node in Planning Book, I am not getting the u2018Completeu2019 button at the bottom. What need to be changed to get the authorization to change the data view.

Hi Jeff,

Seems to be this dataview is not created by your user ID and the dataview status is set to '2'

(changes allowed only author).You can check the table /SAPAPO/PBDVW field VIEW_STATUS.If this field value is '2' and the author of this dataview is different user then you can't change this dataview.

We dont get any SU53 on this error. Its * C_APO_FUN also. Is there any other thoughts.

probably missing C_APO_FUN

do a /nsu53 and check what is missing.
