Hello Prashant,
Check two Jco RFC provider in visual admin
1)LCRSAPRFC
2)SAPSLDAPI
Both should be in running state and check that users used for connections are not locked.
login into PI ABAP stack and check in SM59, that both TCP/IP RFC are working properly where program id is SASLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC.
It should work after that.
Thanks & Regards,

Two things
1) for the sld suppliers unauthorized 401 issue , you need to check whether the DS users is not locked for the dewstination RFCs SLD_CLIENT and SLD_DATASUPPLIER. If the users are locked there , it would cause the the SLD_DATASUPPLIER_CONFIGURATION , collect and send data to fail. So first unlock the users.
2) For the Exchange Profile error, follow the sap note 1525193.
Workaround: Create Java RFC destination XI_EXCHANGE_PROFILE manually:
Navigate to http://[host]:[port]/nwa --> Configuration --> Infrastructure
--> Destinations. Create the RFC Destination with PILDUSER as logon user.
After that try to access the Exchange Profile by calling
http://[host]:[port]/exchangeProfile.
It will work now.

Hi Shukla,
Have you checked all JCO RFC's are working fine ?
Also, please check in SM59 below RFC's are working:
RFC AI_RUNTIME_JCOSERVER
RFC AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER
RFC LCRSAPRFC (for exchange profile)
SAPSLDAPI
Also, in order that SLD check works fine in XI systems, you have to change below entries so that it points to correct SLD:
a) com.sap.aii.connect.cr.name
b) com.sap.aii.connect.cr.httpport
c) com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.name
d) com.sap.aii.connect.landscape.httpport
In past, I have also faced the same problem and the reason was user locked SLDDSUSER and SLDAPIUSER.
Check all these things and let me know.
Thanks
Sunny
