Change records for purchase order Samrt Form "/SMBUSE/US_BL_MMPO_L"

Gurus,

We are using the standard SAP smart form "/SMBUSE/US_BL_MMPO_L" for the purchase order print.

When we change any line item values and do a print preview the changes are getting reflected in the print, but when we make the changes and then save it and do the print preview the changes are not getting reflected.

Any idea how to resolve this.

after u save it. it goes to display mode now, goto change mode again and see the preview now.
